Unprofessional Staff & Zero Communication Ruined My First Visit to THREE TABOM SPA I visited THREE TABOM SPA around noon on May 4th for a 90-minute massage package, and my first experience here was absolutely ruined by the complete lack of basic customer service, especially from the staff member who escorted me to the treatment room. This review focuses on the critical issues that made my visit extremely unpleasant, with no way to resolve them directly. The problems started at the front desk, where the service was already underwhelming, but the situation escalated immediately once I was led to the room. The escort staff member assigned to guide me had an appalling attitude from the start. She spoke to me in English at such an impossibly fast pace that I could not understand a single word she was saying. When I tried to ask her to slow down or clarify what she meant, she completely ignored my questions and refused to communicate with me at all. As a first-time visitor, I had no idea about the spa’s process, facilities, or even basic etiquette. She did not explain anything to me — not the massage flow, not what I should do once I entered the room, not even the free coffee/refreshments that other guests seem to receive. Without a single word of instruction, she simply shut the door and left me alone in the room, confused and unsure of what to do next. I sat there waiting with zero guidance, which made the entire start of my experience stressful and unwelcoming. To add to the disappointment, while the massage therapist was polite, the technique was underwhelming for a 90-minute session. But the far bigger issue is the total lack of professionalism from the front desk and escort staff, who failed at every basic step of welcoming and assisting a guest. What makes this even worse is that there is no visible feedback or complaint process at the spa. I had no way to voice my concerns during or after the visit, so I am sharing my experience here to warn other travelers. For a spa with a 5-star rating, the lack of basic communication skills, hospitality, and care for international guests is shocking. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially first-time visitors who rely on clear guidance and basic respect. I urge management to retrain their front-of-house staff immediately — this level of service is unacceptable.
